Moore releases health analysis at district health fair
During a community health fair held at Nichols College, Sen. Richard T. Moore, D-Uxbridge, released a health analysis of his senatorial district which was compiled by Oxford High School senior Zachary
Tsetsos. The report studied the causes of premature death in the Worcester & Norfolk district and examined the relationship between premature death and access to health care.

| Massachusetts selected to participate in State Quality Improvement Institute
Massachusetts has been selected to participate in the State Quality Improvement Institute, a highly competitive and intensive program to help states plan and implement efforts to improve health care quality, according to Sen. Richard T. Moore, D-Uxbridge. The Institute is a collaboration of AcademyHealth and The Commonwealth Fund.

Moore votes for cost-containment health care legislation
Bill
advances next phase of Health Care Reform
During Thursday’s formal session, the Senate passed the next phase of the Commonwealth’s two-year-old landmark health care reform with a package of new initiatives aimed at bringing down escalating health care costs and creating greater access to primary care, according to the bill’s key architect, Sen.
