March 18, 2005 - Senator Richard T. Moore recently welcomed Pat Carty-Larkin, a resident of Milford and the executive director of the Westwood Council on Aging, to the State House to participate in the 58th Citizens’ Legislative Seminar. The Citizens’ Legislative Seminar series, administered by the State House Legislative Education Office, was established in 1978 through a joint effort of the Massachusetts State Senate and the University of Massachusetts. Participants are selected from a wide variety of fields, representing both the public and private sectors. The Citizens’ Legislative Seminar provides a unique opportunity to both observe and participate in the legislative process. |
