Statement by Senator Richard T. Moore on the
Grant Opening of the Southbridge Registry of Motor Vehicles office
April 23, 2007...Sen. Richard T. Moore, D-Uxbridge, released the following statement on the grand opening of the Southbridge Registry of Motor Vehicles office. Due to a scheduling conflict, he was unable to attend today. In the coming weeks, the senator plans to visit the registry office. “I am very grateful to have persuaded my colleagues to include language in last year’s budget to allow this branch to continue operating as a full-service registry office,” said Sen. Richard T. Moore, D-Uxbridge. “Because of this action, the people in Southbridge and area towns will continue to receive service as a result of my legislation.” |
