Moore announces Statements of Interest applications for schools
June 24, 2008 ... Sen. Richard T. Moore, D – Uxbridge, is announcing that all schools are now eligible to submit Statements of Interest (SOI) to the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA). SOIs are the first step in the MSBA’s new program for school building construction and renovation grants. To be considered for a grant from the MSBA, schools must file a SOI and provide adequate documentation that proves a grant is necessary for a certain project. All SOIs must be turned in by September 15, and should be filed in the proper format that the MSBA requires.
