Moore attends commemoration of first Spanish-Language Mass in Southbridge Sen. and Mrs. Richard T. Moore, D-Uxbridge, presented the Spanish Community of St. Mary’s with a painting of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Patroness of the Americas, as well as a Senate Citation recognizing the anniversary to Reverend Peter Joyce, Pastor of St. Mary’s. Looking on is Rep. Geraldo Alicea, D-Charlton, who presented a House Citation to the parish. Sen. and Mrs. Moore obtained the painting during a visit last month to the shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City. |
