Sen. Moore, Crossroads & Tradewinds honor employers
Harrington Hospital & Liberty Tax receive awards
April 8, 2011 ... The Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition (MCC) celebrated the employment success of Massachusetts residents who have serious and persistent mental illness and of the companies who employed them earlier this week at the State House. Staff members from both Crossroads Clubhouse in Hopedale and Tradewinds Clubhouse in Southbridge were in attendance and honored Liberty Tax of Milford and Harrington Hospital of Southbridge, respectively.

Sen. Richard T. Moore, D-Uxbridge, presented both employers with their awards on behalf of the Clubhouses. "The work of Crossroads, Tradewinds and every Clubhouse program across the Commonwealth, is integral in meeting the needs of individuals recovering from mental illness; part of that recovery is becoming a productive and contributing member of society. Through their employment programs, both Harrington Hospital and Liberty Tax have provided Clubhouse members with this important step in recovery while simultaneously filling their own employment needs," Sen. Moore stated.
