September 12, 2012 ... Sen. Richard T. Moore, D-Uxbridge, recently attended a discussion about strengthening economic ties with Israel featuring Reuven Ben-Shalom, former Director of the International Fellows Program at the Israel National Defense College and a former Commander in the Israeli Air Force. Sen. Mike Rush, D-West Roxbury, hosted the guest from Israel as part of an effort to discuss cross-cultural business opportunities between Israel and New England. As a former Senior Israeli Military Officer, Mr. Ben-Shalom also provided a unique perspective about the current and future security concerns facing Israel.
